Welcome! Joe has over 25 years in real etstate. Joe had been selling and marketing Business-to-Business Information for Dun & Bradstreet prior to his Real Estate Career.  He  enjoys helping his clients with one of their most important assets.  Joe understands the trials and tribulations of selling or buying a home, because he at one time were ourself clients.

He transferred the best marketing techniques and know how from his prior careers and are using them in helping his clients buy, sell and invest in real estate. His track record could be summed up in one number: 100%; he has sold every one of the properties he marketed and found homes for each of his client buyers.

 

Early in his real estate career he realized that exceptional results require exceptional effort.    He can often save them money by finding homes overlooked by others who could not see their potential.

Joe has developed,  bought and sold real estate in the Princeton area for 25 years. He enjoys sharing with his clients his knowledge of building wealth in real estate.

Joe is originally from Philadelphia where he attended Temple University and majored in accounting and finance. He and his wife Barbara currently reside in Monroe Township and are the parents of two children and two grandsons. When not involved in real estate he is active playing drums with his Synagogue band known as “Sons of Tikvah”. 

He believes in serving and giving back to our community and have a program designed for this purpose. He would be happy to tell you more about it, if you are interested.

He is a members of the Mercer County Board of Realtors, and  specialize in the residential and commercial properties in the Greater Princeton area. Joe is also on the Board of Directors of The Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic.  He would love to share with you his knowledge and expertise whether you are looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate or just need information.
